email and telephone support during normal business hours
(M-F, 8:30 A.M. to 5
P.M. CST). Support code is
required.
Web to Cash premium
support can be purchased by the year, by the month or on a
per incidence basis*. To purchase

Training*
Ventanex offers two
types of training options.

Web
conferencing
via
telephone. Fee is
$250 for the first user and $25 per hour for
each additional user. Training is
over the phone while viewing the training
session over the web.

Telephone conference.
Fee is $100
per hour for up to five
users.
